Four-goal show by Hildegunn Holm opened the championship

The first game of the championship brought the encounter between the teams of NORWAY and LATVIA. During the entire match the Norwegian girls were strongly supported by their fans. They were dressed in national colours and were really enjoying the game. The Latvian players probably missed their fans... They lost their chance for a good result in this game through their own mistakes. The first minutes of the match were controlled by the Latvians but then the Scandinavians dominated the rest of the game and lead it all the way to a successful end. Introduction of Czech players III. - Rituals and talismans

Dear malicious sports rivals, we are bringing you brief instructions of how to disturb concentration of the Czech national team players. First of all you would need to break into their dressing room. And let's start with the goalies – you would have to steal their floorball socks.
